Configuration Selection Guide

• Motor Mount : you can download the 1:1 scale drawings in the below links and check which one fits your bike

• Standard Mount . You can download the drawing here: Lightest Standard Mount to make sure it matches your frame
• Long Mount . You can download the drawing here: Lightest Long Mount to make sure it matches your frame
• In-frame mount: You can download the drawing here: Lightest In-frame Mount to make sure it matches your frame

• Standard Chainring size: please select the number of teeth of the chainring which will come with your kit

• Chainguard : please note that the chainguard is strongly recommended if you're not using a road bike. Chainguard allows you to keep the chain where it should stay, even in the most bumpy tracks. Chainguard is made out of Aerospace aluminum alloy, CNC machined and black anodized.

• Offroad Version: The Offroad version allows you to switch off the 25km/h limit. This version is made for those who plan to use the Lightest system out of public roads or places subject to the road regulation in Europe. Please verify the law in Country before using this on public roads.
• Torque Version: During the development we've been able to increase the maximum torque of the system. So it's now possible for the 250W motor to reach 90Nm instead of 70Nm, and for the other motors to reach up to 120Nm of equivalent torque. If you're a performance addicted, you must get this.
• Motor Power Upgrade: if you got the 250W motor, but with the time you just realized that more powerful is better, that's your last chance to modify your order.
• Extra Chainring: you'd like to have a spare chainring? Please help yourself!
• Extra battery: Planning long trips and you want to be 100% sure to reach your destination and then back home? Extra battery serves that purpose.

• Extra Motor Mount: If you have two bikes and you plan to use just one motor, with the second motor mount you can easily switch the motor from one bike to the other with three screws. See first point for description and drawings.
• Ultra Fast charger:( not for the 7Ah battery) Charge your bike battery at double the speed with this charger. Within the time of a break, you'll put a significant amount of energy into your battery, allowing you to conquer your destination.
• Asi Bac Upgrade: If you are a freak for high powered bikes, then you should not miss the ASI BAC 855 for only 220 Euros. With this you'll be able to get a smoother ride or use higher voltage batteries.

• Superhero Pack: with this upgrade you can control your Lightest ebike kit with your phone, and you can do basically anything you want:
  • Assist Level customization
  • Anti-theft lock with unique PIN number
  • Heart-rate assisted control
  • Lights' control

• Smartphone holder: if you got the Superhero pack, you're now able to control your system with your smartphone. It's nice to have a place to put your smartphone on your bike. Get the CNC machined Aluminum phone holder from Bikee Bike.

• Shock-proof and Waterproof smartphone: if you don't feel like riding your bike with your expensive phone on the handlebar, we can get you a very tough smartphone. It's a regular cellphone, waterproof and shockproof, that you can use even without SIM card, just as a display. Or, if you prefer, you can put your SIM in and use it as a regular smartphone for the ride ( or for your everyday's activities!)

• Battery cable extension: if there's no way you can fit the battery on your bike frame, or you're just a weight balancing freak, you can put the battery in your backpack and use the cable extension to reach the motor. That's a 1.5 meter cable to connect your battery with the motor.
• Accessories
  • Brake sensor: you can install this sensor on your brake levers so that the motor cuts off when you brake. It's a good to have feature for safety reasons.
  • Gear Sensor: this sensor allows you to cut off the motor power when shifting gears. It's a cool way to preserve your transmission because you won't shift under power ( as it shouldn't be).
  • Safety Pack: the combination of brake sensor plus gear sensor ( see the two items above)
  • Front Light: directly connect the light to the motor and you won't have to think about batteries. If you have the SuperHero Pack, you can control the lights directly from your smartphone. This is the front light only.
  • Rear Light: directly connect the light to the motor and you won't have to think about batteries. If you have the SuperHero Pack, you can control the lights directly from your smartphone. This is the rear light only.
  • Front and Rear Lights: directly connect the light to the motor and you won't have to think about batteries. If you have the SuperHero Pack, you can control the lights directly from your smartphone. This is the package with both front and rear light.
• Motor mount for OEM bikes: if you already have an OEM bike and you'd like to fit the Lightest motor on that, now you can with the motor mount adapting plates. These are available for Bosch, Brose, Shimano, Polini and Bafang.
• Custom or Isis shaft: if you want to upgrade your bike's bottom bracket or you have a shaft which is not neither square taper nor ISIS, then you need to get another bottom bracket to match our crankarms. Our crankarms are proprietary because on the right one there's the freewheel fixing thread. We can supply you with our ISIS shaft bottom bracket or make a custom shaft for your bike. In both cases, please send us an emai ( info@lightest.bike ) with the pictures and dimensions of your bottom bracket.
