The chain is skipping on the chainring

Please check that the chainring is installed in the correct direction. To understand that, the tooth count indication on the chainring should face the frame. If not, flip the chainring.

The motor is not assisting, at any level

Please make sure you've calibrated the motor, as per the manual. You can download the manual here: https://lightest.bike/downloads

I cannot find the PIN to unlock the motor
